Bio
Mounira Bouzouita holds a postgraduate degree in Economic Systems Engineering and boasts over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management and leadership. Recognized as an expert in organizational efficiency, she is acknowledged for her role as a social mediator within various groups, acting as a strategic partner and Business Coach as a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).As a Trainer in Human Resources Management, Mounira currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at the multinational company Asteelflash - Tunisia. Her professional journey includes past roles as the Director of Human Resources at Total Energy Tunisia, along with multiple positions as Director of Human Resources in prominent national and multinational companies such as Nouvelair Tunisia, Arab Banking Corporation – ABC, Poulina Holding, Siemens Tunisia, Attijari Bank, Onetech Holding, ST-Micorelectronics, BMC Group Industry and Commercial, IBS Outsourcing, Intercom Group, among others.Beyond her corporate engagements, Mounira has shared her expertise as a former part-time lecturer in Marketing, HR, Personnel Management, Communication Techniques, Quality Management, and Statistical Organization. Currently, she holds the positions of President of the Association of Training and Human Resource Managers in Enterprises (ARFORGHE), President of the African Association of Trainers and Personnel Directors (AFDIP), and Deputy Secretary-General of the African Human Resources Confederation (AHRC).Her outstanding leadership has consistently been recognized, with her election among the Top 100 Tunisian Managers by the Enterprise Magazine in 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018, and 2017.
